Installation and care
- NOT suitable for ceilings with joists + gypsum board or wood panels — may cause noise and wobbling.
- NOT suitable for prefabricated ceilings — installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable.
- The structural beam width must be at least 6 cm (2.4") and the ceiling must support over 20 kg (44 lbs).
- If the installation surface has round or square grooves, contact customer service with the groove's diameter and depth before installing.
- Sloped ceilings — a downrod version is available; contact customer service for compatible accessories.
- The stated input frequency is 60Hz. Confirm compatibility with your electrical supply before ordering.
