Terms of service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of noix-de-coco-london.myshopify.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from 7th Heaven Trade Ltd., trading as Noix de Coco London ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights under UK law.

1. About us

  • Trading name: Noix de Coco London
  • Company: 7th Heaven Trade Ltd., registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12787087)
  • Registered office: Unit 1.15 Q West, 1100 International House, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 0GP, United Kingdom
  • Email: support@noixdecoco.uk · Phone: 07555 519897

2. Our contract with you

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. Your order is accepted — and a binding contract formed — only when we email you a dispatch confirmation. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance.
  • If we cannot accept an order (for example a stock error or failed payment), we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We take care that product descriptions, ingredient lists and images are accurate, but minor variations (for example packaging updates or screen colour differences) can occur.
  • Our skincare and beauty tools are cosmetic products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and content on the Site is not medical advice.
  • Always read the ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend a patch test on a small area 24 hours before first use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
  • Product sizes, counts and weights are as stated on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (including major cards via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If we discover a genuine pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may have stated conditions or expiry dates, and we may withdraw a promotion at any time; this never affects orders already accepted.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us; ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

6. Your right to change your mind

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason — and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days as part of our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Full details of how to cancel or return, including our hygiene-seal rules for cosmetics, are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. If something is faulty

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides — including a full refund if you reject it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Our goodwill returns policy operates alongside, and never reduces, these statutory rights.

8. Our liability

  • We never exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or not caused by our breach.
  • We sell products for personal use only. We are not liable for business losses (including loss of profit, revenue or business interruption) arising from use of the Site or products.
  • Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product names and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and our marketing channels. You can ask us to remove your content at any time. We moderate but do not pre-approve reviews, and we never edit the substance of a review.

11. Using the Site

  • You must not misuse the Site: no introducing malware, scraping, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with other users.
  • We may suspend access to the Site for maintenance or security reasons and will keep any disruption as short as we reasonably can.
  • The Site is provided on an "as available" basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Privacy and cookies

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; later changes never apply retroactively.

14. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland — whichever is where you live.
  • If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@noixdecoco.uk and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Nothing here limits your right to take legal action or to seek help from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

15. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between you and us for your purchase.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and will tell you if this happens; your rights will not be affected.
